MONDAY–THURSDAY, THIS PLACE WORKS FOR A LIVING. Barn in the Burgh is built for traveling crews and project teams: free parking for work trucks and enclosed trailers on a quiet dead-end street, keypad entry on every exterior door for staggered arrivals, fast WiFi with ethernet for paperwork and reporting, a full kitchen for real meals, and a full-size washer/dryer for work clothes. A private queen bedroom suits the foreman or super; the upstairs bunkroom sleeps the crew in real beds. After shift, the heated-and-cooled garage is your rec room — ping pong, cornhole, and space to spread out. Working on the east side, at the Warrick plants, or on the I-69 corridor? You're 10–25 minutes from all of it. Ask us about weekly crew rates for recurring project stays.
The main living space features a private downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Upstairs, the bunkroom sleeps up to 8 with four twin trundle beds and four twin floor mattresses perfect for kids, sports teams, or large groups.
The heated and cooled garage is the heart of the entertainment space. Guests enjoy a ping pong table, cornhole boards, and dining tables for group meals. As an event venue, the garage accommodates up to 80 people for weddings, reunions, team retreats, and celebrations. All events require host approval reach out for pricing and details. The garage includes its own half bathroom for convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the full-size washer and dryer are ideal for extended stays. Free parking is available on-site.

Most guests commute via car to the property. Once at the property, we have three bicycles that can be used on the bike trail that runs into nearby Friedman Park.

The full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, fast WiFi, and dedicated workspace make it easy to settle in for extended stays. Please note: the property is adjacent to a small lake with a lovely view, but there is no lake access. Street parking and driveway parking available at no charge.
