It's part home, part event space. Escape to our modern barndominium located in Newburgh! This home can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests with a large heated and cooled garage, great for entertaining with family and friends. Located right off the trail that runs into Friedman Park, this is a great location for those looking to get away from the city or for visitors attending events at the Park.

Good to know

Welcome to Barn in the Burgh, a modern barndominium located in Newburgh! The Barn is a short term rental that can accommodate guests for overnight stays as well as an event space in our heated and cooled garage area. The downstairs of the living space features a private bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa that pulls out to a full size bed. Additional sleeping space is available upstairs in the bunkroom. The bunkroom features four twin trundle beds and four twin floor mattresses. Our guests that stay at the property will enjoy the ping pong table and corn hole boards in the garage. We also have tables available that can be used for dining. As an event space, we can accommodate up to 80 people. All events do need to be approved by the host. Please reach out for pricing information. The garage area also has its own half bathroom.

Other Details to Note

The Barn works great for wedding groups, families, and traveling sports team on the weekends. Traveling workers and contractors often enjoy the space throughout the week. The full size washer & dryer, full kitchen for prepping and enjoying meals after work, and the recreation space in the garage area, make this space ideal for traveling workers.

Please note that while the Barn does serve as an event space, only events approved by the host will be allowed. Unauthorized events are subject to a cancelation without refund. We do have some specific house rules to note: -Please keep the garage doors closed at all times. -Please do not move the wooden backdrop in the garage area. -Please do not take any food or drinks upstairs. -We try to be as accommodating as possible with decorations but please make sure to fully clean up any decorations that are used. This includes any tape or residue on the walls or backdrop, any glitter, confetti, etc.

Great space! We had a birthday party here. The event space was perfect. We used the backdrop for a photo booth. We appreciated not having to bring tables or coolers. There was plenty of refrigerator space for food and drinks.

This is the perfect space for our group of scrapbooking friends. It checks all our requirements - space for crafting with attached space for sleeping, full kitchen, tv in the event space, adequate WiFi for 10 users, plenty of parking and no steps into the event space. We love it and will continue to return!!!

Find us

Most guests commute via car to the property. Once at the property, we have three bicycles that can be used on the bike trail that runs into nearby Friedman Park.
